Xanga, life is not nearly as easy as i thought it was. 

This has been the weirdest fucking weekend of Katie and I's lives.  But you know, at least we have each other in this crazy, CRAZY world.  It would be way cooler if we could have Jim Sturgess serenading us all day... But... we won't push it.  :)

You know what's funny?  Well, I'll tell you.  It's funny when you go to an American Idol event in the dining hall held for all the students dorming, then you see this guy up there that is just sooo gay that he has to be your friend.  He's singing uncontrollably, and the way he dresses.. total flamer.  So you take it upon yourself to go upto him after the show and get his facebook so that you can invite him over for one of your karaoke parties.  He says he lives up in International House and you're like, okay cool, but Parkside is where the party is at, wasted karaoke is the best!  So the next day you're in Philosophy class and your other friend from International comes in and you're like, "Hey, I met Charlie from I-house, he's gonna come sing drunken karaoke with us.  You should come too!"  And he says, "Charlie.. the Resident Assistant..?  I don't think that's a good idea, Lyra."  An RA.. sweet.
